How It Works.
Get your labs drawn when you want, where you want

Frequently Asked Questions.
How exactly does this work?
You can access MAKO2U three different ways. First, your healthcare provider can upload your test results and enter in an order directly on the MAKO2U platform. Second, you can upload a test order from your medical provider on the MAKO2U platform. Lastly, you can choose for a telemedicine visit with a telemedicine provider to receive a laboratory order. Upon receiving an order, you can schedule a time and place for your MAKO Patient Services Professional to collect your specimen.
The day of the collection, you will be notified of your appointment and able to track your MAKO Patient Services Professional when they begin their visit to your designated location. After the specimen collection is completed, your specimen will be taken to a MAKO laboratory and you will receive results in 24-48 hours on the MAKO2U portal

What should I do before my appointment?
Don’t worry. We will text you the day before your appointment to ensure you do not have any questions or concerns. For a blood draw, all our Patient Services Professionals need is a flat place to lay your arm. For a COVID-19 test, we ask for those collections to be performed at your doorsteps or front porch

Which tests can I order through MAKO2U?
